CareerMil provides education, coaching, and career guidance only.
We do not guarantee job placement, promotions, or salary increases
Results vary based on individual effort, background, and market conditions
Any success stories or testimonials represent individual outcomes, not guarantees
Your success depends on your commitment, consistency, and implementation.
4. User Responsibilities
By enrolling or participating, you agree to:
Attend sessions professionally and respectfully
Complete assigned exercises and practice activities
Not share, copy, resell, or distribute CareerMil content
Maintain confidentiality of program materials and discussions
Any misuse may result in termination without refund.
5. Payments & Pricing
Program fees are clearly communicated before purchase
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are one-time payments.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by CareerMil’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Fees are non-refundable once the program has started

SMS or calls
These may include reminders, updates, educational content, or offers.
You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
CareerMil shall not be liable for:
Career decisions made by you
Financial losses or missed opportunities
Market or employer-driven outcomes
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for policy violations
Remove participants for misconduct or unethical behavior
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

CareerMil may use third-party tools such as:
Zoom
Learning platforms
Payment gateways
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
